Perfect

I have been here almost a year. I love my apartment. My apartment is cozy. I enjoy going and talking to Lisa. She makes you feel very welcome. If I have a question, she has always been able to guide me in the right direction. I have only had 2 minor issues and I called her and she had them taken care of immediately. Thank you for such a wonderful place. I definitely recommend Carriage Hill Apartments to friends.

Location is hard to beat

This is a quiet place that is near everything. We can even walk to two grocery stores. Lisa, the apt manager, is great. She is always cheerful and helpful. Jordan, the maintenance guy, is prompt and knowledgeable.

noisy no insulation

Very cold in the apartment with no insulation. Cigarette smoke comes in from other apartments. You can actually hear snoring, toilets flushing and people walking around Very noisy.
