Have lived at The Ponds At Madison for over a year. It is quiet and well located in Canal Winchester. Of all the apartments I have lived in Love the attached garage and one floor plan, no stairs. If you are looking in the area, check this place out.

I have lived here for almost five months. This is easily the best apartment and neighborhood I have lived in in my 10 -12 years of aprtment living. So glad I found this place, and I plan on staying here as long as I can. No complaints about neighbors, or support services.

There are many negatives and positives. Mai nly, parking is too tight between units. Need more turnaround space.

I truly love it here and have no plans to move but they keep raising the rent. 2021 was $1600, 2022 was $1665, 2023 is $1765. If this continues I will priced out soon and everything is so expensive I don’t know what I would do. Wish there was a benefit to being a quiet consistent tenant.
