good price for the size

I have been here 20 years. I have seen a lot of different management. However, the price for the size of the apartment is worth the money.

Spacious

Cambridge Court is conveniently located. Apartment is spacious with large rooms and closets. Overall I love living here. The only thing I feel that it is lacking is a pool and storage. But the large rooms and garage more than compensate for lack of storage and central air compensates for the lack of a pool. Highly recommended.

yard, garages gutters and appartment outside delapitated.

I can hear the tenant upstairs when they walk, urinate and it comes across as pounding. Also, the outside lawn is terrible. Lawn maintenance is not consistant with a luxury apt. Also, the apt are chipped, gutters leak water and have trees growing in them. It has gone down hill.
