Convenient location on the east side, close to 270 and shopping amenities. The property itself is older but in good condition. The office staff and maintenance crew are amazing. There is a very high turnover of office staff, and corporate decisions and oversight heavily influence the ability of office staff and maintenance to do their jobs effectively. That being said, it has been a safe and good place to call home.

We knew moving in that there were still things that needed to be completed but never were. There continues to be just patch work done for things that could be more permanently fixed to reduce the amount of maintenance and upkeep, but that only happens once maintenance has to come out for the same thing like 5-6 times. The one consistent maintenance person they have had is exceptional but he is 1 guy for basically 2 units. Managers have changed constantly through the years, those that were really good don’t always last. When we first moved in we were excited and felt good, now, not so much.

During a pandemic, rent was raised by $200-$300 a month and living conditions are not so great.
