Property review

Property is in bad shape use to be beautiful here 24 years ago NOW NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! BUILDINGS NEED PAINTING, CARPET NEED CLEANING AND LEAVES NEVER GOT PICK UP FROM LAST YEAR LOL I DOUBT IF IT WILL CHANGE JUST GET WORSE!!!

Rental apication

We filled out the apication and paid the fee and another fee for credit check. We moved from Mexico to this apartment and when we arrived at the rentsl office, the rent was $500 more/month and they would only accept a money order. The amount they wanted for deposit was not told to us before we arrived. She wanted $2400 in money order. Because we were not from the area we did not have a bank lication in town. We can only withdraw $500 cash drom tbe atm daily. Obviously we could not make this happen the same day and had no where to stay. The apartment was a total dump with many things broken and black dust came out of the old AC unit when we turned it on. It was not the apartment in tbe website pictures. We decided to find a new apartment because we couldnt do tbe deodot in money order only. They refused to refund our $200 application deposit even though the terms were not whay we were told they would be. We ttued calling the main office but they would not return our calls. Filthy apartments!!

They staff is horrible

Lived here 8 mos, the awing is broken and was suppose to be replaced. The car port where I am suppose to park it is broken other people take up the parking spaces so I have to park a building away sometimes. Because there is no spot available by my building and I cant park in the car port. I have reported several issues that still are not fixed my toilet is not grounded it moves when you move. The fan in my bathroom has gone out and there are a few blinds that are missing. The hallways and laundry rooms are filthy and smells it got so bad that I had to put a plug in the laundry room and I myself sweep and mop because I just cant stand the filth. There is a broken window that has been broken for months it took weeks and me cutting my foot for them to even clean up the glass. You can never get through when you call and when you go to the office they are always on break, out to lunch or just not in the office, And on the chance that you do get in to talk to someone they still dont have any answers nor do they fix the issue.

There have been to many changes in the management office it's always someone new that you can not speak with because they are always in a training or they just started working for the company. When you leave a message no return phone calls. When you call the office the phone just ring no one pick up

Flood in walkway

front walkway of our doors flood so bad when it rains we have ruined so many shoes and clothing. and once it gets cold it's and ice rink or a swamped depending on the weather. Have complained about it for over 1 year now
