Satisfactory with flaws

I've been living here for a few years without too many problems. Most of the utilities work as expected and routine trash pickup is good. However, the exterior of the building has fallen into disrepair. The sidewalk through the walkway has craters and cracks and have never been cleaned. The external wall facing the street has pieces falling off and several of the windows show leakage as the glass has fogging between the panes. The price for the units are on the high side, but I have had no major issues with my current living arrangement.

Great space and great maintenance

I have lived here a total of 3 years. Great location, whenever I have a maintenance issue, the staff address it quickly. There is a "patio" area with a grill for residents, but there are no other amenities. Currently, I think the prices are reasonable for what you get.

Beautifult maintained apartments in a wooded setting. I only wish it was further from the road which is very noisy.

Great place to live

Quiet area. Any time i have had manteince issue it was fixed that day. Very nice apartments. Have your own parking spot which is nice.
