Beautiful quiet place to call home

I have really loved living here, it's super quiet and worth the money. Any time I submit a maintenance request it's processed the same day. You can tell the staff really take their job seriously.

Raised rent does not match quality

I’ve loved living here but the raised rent every year does not match the quality of the apartment. We’ve been looking else where and have found similar places with more space for less.

My best home

I am 85 years old and I have live at Lake Pointe for 18 years. The office staff and maintenance maintain the facility perfectly - they are my family. The grounds are well maintained and the men are extremely intelligent regarding computer and all day to day repairs each one treated quickly. The facility is very close to all shopping and professional needs - minutes away.
