Application fees $35

Pets allowed. A one-time, non-refundable payment of five hundred dollars ($300) is required for each pet, excluding those that meet and are approved based on reasonable accommodations and modifications.  The payment must be paid in full prior to the pet entering the unit.  Resident agrees that any damage to the unit will be paid by the Resident. No pet is permitted if the anticipated weight at maturity exceeds 25 pounds.  Puppies of large breed dogs will NOT be permitted, as they are anticipated to exceed the 25-pound limit.  A Resident is only allowed two (2) pets per unit.  Pets other than a cat or dog, when allowed, must be kept in a cage in the unit.  NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances:  Snakes, Spiders, Ferrets, Pot Belly Pigs or other Reptiles.

I have had a work order in since October about the weatherstripping around my door. I was told yesterday at my monthly walk-through that there was 800 work orders and they get to it as soon as possible. If there’s that many work orders, then we need more maintenance men or maintenance people to take care of the apartments when they come empty. Also the last note one week ago, they cleaned the parking lot where you drive. I am handicap. I can’t walk out of my apartment to get in someone’s car because of the powers of snows at the end of everybody’s car poor poor Maintance on the ground. Sidewalks were fine, but I feel bad for the Maintance men. They have so much to do.

We love living here. The staff is great. And I have never had an issue with the managers communication. Highly recommend others to live here, but you have to be realistic and understand you are surrounded by many types of families. Some are loud. Some aren't that great. But if you respect others and have patience, then this is the place to be.

I really like living here. It’ll be two years in November. The new office people are wonderful. Usually maintenance reports are fixed quick would recommend anybody.

Affordable housing but not a good neighborhood
