I've been a resident for a year and have had a great experience living here. The only hiccup I've encountered is how clean the laundry facilities are kept, primarily the communal laundry facility in the Leasor's building. However, I understand it's hard to maintain a clean facility when people constantly leave it a mess. Usually, the laundry facilities in the apartment buildings are kept clean.
