Quiet Little Place

I've been living here since August 2023 (right after there was a change in management). So far, so great! These townhomes are a little outdated; however, management is working to renovate them all. Mine was fully renovated (new flooring, new appliances, new cabinets, and new countertops. The light fixtures appear to be new as well. I'm pleased with the renovations; however, you can tell that the contractors did "quick" jobs as there are some imperfections here and there. I've had three maintenance requests since moving in (a leaking toilet and my AC going out), both of these were fixed within 24 hours; however, my closet rod broke and it took a few weeks for that to be fixed. Hence, a star or two removed for maintenance. They'll fix emergencies, but I think right now they're more focused on renovating townhomes before fixing those with current tenants. Kyle, though, he's great. Very personable, professional, and communicates well once he starts working on a project. Parking is great. Each townhome gets one spot and there are plenty of visitor spots for numerous cars. I have no issues with anyone taking my spot. It's a pet-friendly community. Plenty of doggy dooty disposal areas with bags always stocked, and there's a bark park. My only complaint? Not enough dumpsters. There are two small dumpsters for the entire community (there's over 100 townhomes). They are emptied maybe thrice per week; however, where I'm located, it's a little trek to take out the garbage. Hard when I have a toddler who likes to run away from me... I love my little townhome. I think all townhomes have an unfinished basement, so there's plenty of storage space. It has a washer and dryer included, which is a must for a mom of a toddler. I am working to renew my lease again :)
