Eastwood Pointe Apartments LLC

I have lived here for almost a year now and it has been a great place to live. The management has been very responsive and the place is taken care of great!

Apartment is very nice and clean, good amenities. Landlords are very easy to speak with and prompt about fixing an issues, very respectful of your time, as well, in regards to having issues fixed. Spacious apartment without of closet space and kitchen storage. The only downside is a bit of trafgic/road noise during rush hour, but considering the positives greatly outweigh this tiny negative, I can not recommend Eastwood Pointe enough. Sign the lease, you won't be disappointed!

I have been here for about 2 months now and I couldn't be happier! The apartment is very spacious and nice inside especially when we first moved in everything was nice and clean and to our standards. The staff is extremely nice, they will help you with anything you need. I have lived in several apartment's before here and had to deal with rude management or management that wont respond, after meeting Helen and Henrietta they have changed the game, they respond very fast and want to make sure you are comfortable and happy in your unit. They are very organized and made this moving process very stress free and easy. I am super happy with the choice I made to live here. The building is located in a great area about 5-8 minutes away to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. So far since moving in the environment has been very quiet and I hardly run into anyone. Having a balcony is a very nice added touch to the apartment. You are definitely getting your moneys worth with this apartment. I hope to continue having a great experience here.

I have lived here for more than a year now. The clean and friendly greenery around the apartment is appealing. Every apartment comes with a garage. Wooden flooring and a walk-in bathroom in 2nd bath are a bonus. Close to Metropark, ACME market, CVS store, and many eateries. 7min drive to Summa Health Hospital. The only downside I found is if you take an apartment with a balcony towards the road, the noise level is very noticeable if you want to keep the door open or want to sit in the balcony.
