Price jumped

Its convenient having laundry mat and corner store. Tiny apartment though, with lil to no lighting or natural light. And only half the outlets work and cant run ac and anything else major like microwave at same time. On positive side great location and pretty quiet.

I have had issues with my ceiling leaking quite a few times. Otherwise, everything has been good!
