Summarily Satisfied
Please know that I like living here at 1177 but I would like to have more value for my amenities payment. The things that used to be included are just not there.
Top notch luxury accommodations
I have been here a about 8 months and it a pleasure to come home to my apartment. The staff is helpful and courteous and the environment is outstanding.
Tenant
The building isnoutstanding. Clean, quiet and well run. The staff is kind and accomodatiing. The parties and events are also such a rare asset and are a great thing for the residents. The package room is also safe and organized. My only disappointment is that the spa at rovertides js rarely open and available.
Perfect place to live
New to the building but so far it is exactly what I expected. Beautiful building, excellent staff and friendly neighbors.
