The noise issue

The building is generally nice and well-maintained, and it’s also very clean. The staff is excellent and professional. However, the noise issue on the 8th floor absolutely needs to be solved. This isn’t entirely the residents’ fault, as the game room has been placed right in front of the apartments. It seems to be used as a space where everyone gathers to have fun, and all the noise ends up echoing into the 8th-floor units. Additionally, I’ve often noticed this area being used as a children’s playroom. My suggestion is to convert this space into a reading area, similar to the one on the 9th floor, and relocate the game machines to the lounge. I’d like to thank the building management for their efforts in listening to residents' concerns and their commitment to providing better services.
