There always is room for improvement

I do love the location, parking is good ( for one coming from NYC ) staff is pretty personable and can be pleasant to talk to, and it is relatively quiet. That said, I do not agree with the way some issues have been handled, I may not make a fuss about it, but that doesn't make it alright. 1. Gym: The excuse there are vandals with access to the gym, hence, legitimate, law-abiding, and well-meaning tenants are denied access to the gym for months ( over 6months ) is UNACCEPTABLE. A proactive and customer-obsessed organization will have done a better job of handling this issue without letting it linger for so long, while consistently giving untenable excuses as to the reasons it has taken so long. That is very very poor! 2. Meter Reading: For the life of me, I cannot fathom the logic or rationale behind not having access to read my meter. Why do I have to be dependent on the maintenance team or management before gaining access to read my own meter? I have had issues with RGE, but when they came to read the meter, they could not gain access. It makes it harder to resolve issues with RGE considering RGE is independent of the management here. They don't have to lift a finger to gain access to read the meter - IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE IT SEAMLESS. And, that is another issue I think can be handled easily with a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving: - Give Tenants Access To The Meter Room; If Abused, Then You Revoke The Access Of Those That Have Abused The Compromise. It is not Rocket Science!!!!!!!! I am for way forward and proactive measures to problem-solve, but it becomes herculean when it seems management doesn't care. Maybe they do, but without meaningful resolutions that exceed the expectations of tenants, it is difficult to think nor believe they do. I hope you take this as honest feedback devoid of resentment but a genuine proposition to manage better and cut back on, perhaps eradicate lame excuses. Thank you.

Apartments

Our apartment needs a serious update. The doors don't fit the frames. The appliances are cheap and the window screens don't fit the windows. I feel like all the little adjustments add up, and could definitely improve. The noise level, and walls are super thin too. But that's not the worst of it.
