Since new ownership and staff, I've noticed so much improvement. I know the place was in bad shape but you are turning that around. In time this facility will be great!

Rent is high for limited amenities. Garbage area inconvenient without vehicle. Grounds and location are nice as well as staff.

as a long time resident this is my 4th or 5th time going through ownership change. the threats and scare tactics thrown upon the residents for rent when they have been paying regularly is in poor taste an inappropriate. not to many a money waste on their part. economy is rough, inflation is rough and we are all trying our best while living paycheck to paycheck to survive-maybe the management needs to step into the residents shoes for a hot minute . also the common areas in the buildings smell and are trashed, maintenance response is poor. if i could move i would but there is no where else afforadble to go :-(
