Good place to live in , but there is an issue which is the perosn live down stairs can hear any walk so complaining of noise due to the building is old

Since new ownership and staff, I've noticed so much improvement. I know the place was in bad shape but you are turning that around. In time this facility will be great!

Rent is high for limited amenities. Garbage area inconvenient without vehicle. Grounds and location are nice as well as staff.
