Everything about this apartment has been great since I started living here. Spacious, well priced, convenient location, the only downside is sometimes slow maintenance. All in all its a great place to live.

Just a helping note. During this heavy rain looking at 435 building I noticed that every down spout was overflowing, not going down the drain as normal. This may or may not cause damage. Just watching out for your property. Thank you for listening.
