The 4-story apartment building has 8 apartments. One unit has 3 bedrooms, and the remaining units have 4 bedrooms. Each unit has 1.5 bathrooms, washer dryer hookups, stainless steel appliances, eat in kitchen, ample closet space. Master bedroom has walk in closet. Tons of natural night, located on the bus line and close to Downtown Syracuse. The building does not allow pets and is a smoke free facility. We require a minimum credit score of 600 and minimum income ratio of 30% net. Applications will not be considered if not completed in its entirety, anyone over the age of 18 years must have all information including birthdate and social for a screening, all minors must be listed as well under Section 4 of the application, no screening is conducted on minors.
