Simply the best

There are not wnough good things to be said about this place. Management is always on point, helpful and friendly as can be. With all the great amenities available to residents there is always something to do. The location is excellent and the residents are the best bar none. Recommend this to all and everything gets a 10/10 rating.

The maitanence crew and cleaning crew are awesome. Things in the clubhouse are broken and not being fixed. Ice maker over a year. Treadmill several months. Golf simulator mat over a year. Rent keeps being increased. Clubhouse rented out every weekend. Not being available to residents who were told its an extension of your home. The last month, no one available at office.

Lease renewal

They go up 15% at lease renewal. Yhey get you in with 1st year incentives but after that the increase are out of this world. I went from 2200 to 2845 in 3 years. I think thwy want to force ppl out so the complex becomes a Jehovah Witness complex because they are the new owners.
