US Route 9W

We have been a renter of a commercial space for 1 year. In that time we have had the following issues: 1- Parking lot is in poor condition. It was patched last fall but within 2 months time the plows pulled up large chunks leaving areas that are easy for our customers to trip and fall on. 2- Our heating system was never inspected properly by the landlord before we moved in even though they claimed it was. This lead to poor heat in the coldest months causing us to pause doing business for nearly two months. They were very reluctant to find solutions or to compensate us for rent credits for the time we were unable to do business. 3- The land lord has tried to double bill us for utility bills. We have needed to sort through bookkeeping records on multiple occasions to give them the supporting documentation to contest being double billed. They are still not taking responsibility. 4- In general it is very difficult to communicate with the land lord and get a reply. They are also quite unwilling to correct issues.
