I am a brand new resident with high quality in observation. My expectations are very high but the rent is very reasonable, the location is perfect for a person like me who enjoys downtown atmosphere where hidden gems can be within arm's reach. Well, this building is within walking distance or less than 10 minutes drive to museums, art galleries, fringe festivals, small cafes and unique boutique shops. I believe in bringing back strong memories of downtown Rochester by speaking highly of our city and what they have to offer. In spite of the building's conditions, I believe if I make a witty aim to encourage people to come here, the warm vibes in the air will start to wake up from its long hibernation, the laughter of many people's souls will start feeling recharged. It takes a small faith to make it happen. Yes, I have done my homework on Hungerford but once again, it is me taking a huge leap of faith to see dynamic things happening before my eyes.

Very frequent Changes in rent structure and charges have been very disturbing. Rental costs compared to previous studio rent have gone ip about 40 percent with no improvement in service.

Doors need to be fixed so they are secured after hours. More communication with tenants.
