There is no parking, they tow cars but don't offer any solutions. Hearing their same lame excuses for years. Dont have any friemds or family come visit because their car will get towed. That is a wonderful feeling being unable to have a guest. Neighbors are mean, not a friendly place

Everyone signs a lease that state specific rules to follow to keep the community pleasing to live in. However people park in front of signs that state "no parking"....around the curb (free)...in cross walks. There is a threat that they will be towed but nothing happens. People use their garages as storage or additional rooms (offices) and garbage is place all around the bins instead of waiting for the garbage to be removed and then placed in the bins. People have dogs and bring them out without leashes......kids play basketball in the driveways....etc etc. No one is held accountable and therefore it continues.
