I have been living here for over 10 years and have been through a lot of different owners and they have been all the same (GREEDY). When I first moved all utilities were included in the rent except electric and now nothing is included and rent just keeps going up. The only reason I have stayed so long is because the location is perfect for me. Work is 2 minutes away. Never really had any major issues with the apartment. My apartment is a little outdated but if you are new, you will geta updated apartment. Parking is good. The garbage is a mess but that is because of the tenants are lazy and can't put their trash in dumpster.

The location for me is great. When I first moved in we had a Gym, a pool that we could use, now neither. Heat, hot water and Trash used to be included in rent but now nothing is included. Don't understand how they took everything away but rent went up.
