The concierge staff are not good. Matthew is lazy and rarely gets up from his chair. Jackie is always underfoot. She trips me up trying to open the door. While I am opening the door she gets in the way trying to open the door when I have already opened it. Why she is washing windows is beyond my understanding. I had a delivery from a drugstore that she took an hour to locate. It was not in the main lockers but rather in a locker specifically for drugstore deliveries. I had told her countless time it was from the drugstore.

I am going into my third year living at the Mariner and there are a few things to appreciate about this building. It has a good location and the maintenance team is excellent. However, the fixtures and appliances are very cheap, the street noise is insanely loud, and a new management team has taken over that seems intent on cutting costs at every corner. The doorman is frequently MIA and there is a rotating cast of characters at the desk, many of which are obviously high or on their phone having personal chats - often times both. As a result, the Mariner really isn't worth the premium price we pay to live here. Next year there are at least two new complexes opening in Port Chester, which I will likely consider moving to.

Lived here for 5 years and have seen conditions declining. Management is unresponsive. Down the hall an apartment is being used as an air bnb. Today was evacuated as air bnb resident left his oven on. Managment is aware of this situation and has done nothing. Would not rent here again.

Parking is an extra $100 fee on top of rent. The same fee applies if you have a covered or uncovered spot, which doesn’t seem fair. Spots are also very close together. Apartments themselves are nice and location right downtown can’t be better.
