Building L (8 units) is located on a contiguous parcel lying within the village of Penn Yan. This building adheres to the 55+ Senior Housing Guidelines. Our buildings are a mix of one & two story townhomes. The 1 story townhomes are step free with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (1284 SF) and the 2 story townhomes are 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths (1467SF). Keuka Shores is close to the Rochester, Ithaca, Corning, Elmira, and Syracuse metro areas.
