Driveway needs repaired. Laundry is expensive compared to laundry mat down the road. Slow in asking repairs.

Nicely updated, driveway needs to be fixed and back entrance way leaks water. Laundry is over priced, twice as much as laundromat down the road. Takes a while for maintenance to come fix issues that are not urgent.

Newly update apartment but old washer and dryer. Dryer burns clothes and panel on front of washer continues to fall off. Price charged for using washer and dryer are good. Driveway becomes a lake when it rains and a ice rink when it freezes. Back door is hard to open, door handle is falling off. Back entry way leaks water when it rains.
