I have lived at 600 River Road for a little over 1 year. The amenities are generous. A Club House (which can be rented by the residents). WiFi, Spectrum TV, 2 dog parks, adirondack chairs for relaxing with a river view, fire pit, outside grills, fitness room and swimming pool. I'm sure I left a few things out but it's a great place
