Too bad I can't stay at Orchard Hills Landing. It was pretty great here overall, but due to the 3x rent rule I'm being forced to move despite the fact that I actually can pay all my rent and utilities AND still save money. It's been a great 3 years and I'll miss all the wonderful memories that I experienced here.

We just moved here 7/23. The mamngement staff is Excellent. They helped us with relocating from another state. Beautiful grounds, quiet and convenient to everthing!
