The building used to be great when we first moved in but it has slowly gotten worse year after year

I'm very happy in Eugene. The building staff are all amazing. My biggest complaints are that the apartment's Heating/AC units are not very good and that my neighbors routinely smoke pot in our non smoking building and my unit smells of it.
