Falcon Tower

The staff at Falcon Towers is amazing. They go above and beyond for the residents and are incredibly kind. If you don't work from home you'll have a largely positive experience here (aside from this 30-floor building frequently having only 1 or 0 elevators working out of 2). If you work from home, do not waste your money with an apartment here. They have been doing construction on the building for all of 2024. There are periodically strange men on my balcony, looking through my windows. This is, of course, in no predictable pattern, so you can either have your blinds drawn all the time or draw them once the men appear. If there aren't men hovering outside of your windows you are hearing the most infuriating drilling and banging and hammering that is so loud that even noise-cancelling headphones cannot block it out. God forbid you have a work call or even therapy. If you plan to live here and work remotely, make sure you factor in the cost of a WeWork or other second location to work from. Finally, if you like this building for balcony/outdoor space, also don't bother. We were told in May of 2024 that they'd be kicking off 12 weeks of work on our balcony and told to clear everything off of the balcony with no offer to transport or store anything. Since then, the work has still not been completed. We had to find storage for our balcony furniture. Just take a look at the two most recent Google reviews if you need more information.

I have lived here for 2 years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The plumbing and central air conditioning needs better maintenance.

Been living in Falcon tower for 2 years, management is impossible to get in touch with but in building staff are amazing. Good place to live in an okay area. Great place to be in your early 20's
