It's a nice relatively new building with great location and reasonable rent. 1 mins walk to harlem express subway line 2 and 3.

This is not affordable housing by far the apartments i reside in is very tiny and boxed shaped. Cooking os not really accommodating because kitchen is directly connected to the rest of apartment causing cooking smells to engulf apartment and anything in it. Rooms were eqipped with huge air conditioning units to minimize the space available to use absolutely not a wise decision based on the amount of rent that must be paid to this unit, what were the architects thinking or was there one! I am highly disappointed!
