It's actually insane how few weeks I've gone without there being hammering and drilling going on in the apartments around me. Makes it impossible to rest most weeks, and I'm this close to dialing 311 because much of the time it is out the allowed hours as well. Definitely will not be renewing my lease here.

I have lived here for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The apartment itself is very spacious and renovated. It faces the back of the building so it is very secluded and there are many trees out the window. The building itself is older and could use a few updates. The super is very nice and willing to help in any situation. Would recommend.

I haven't lived here for very long, but I definitely enjoy my apartment. The building itself could use a couple of updates, but I am not living in the halls or lobby, I am living in the unit, which is sweet. Nice big space with a good price, compared to a lot of other places. Super is very friendly.
