It’s mostly quiet which is good but it’s not the cleanest hallways, sometimes smell of smoke and the intercom does not work reliably

If you need something repaired - prepare to wait and be constantly rescheduled or ignored by the super. He talks down to everyone and makes them feel like your repair/problem is minimal. Due to his lack of response, I contacted the mgmt company and he told me several times in a demeaning and rude tone - I should not be talking to the mgmt company at all and to only talk to him - if the super would do his job then tenants would not need to get mgmt involved. Cannot wait to move out of this place. The people living here are very nice but the maintenance of the building is not good.
