Great rental from a great company

By far the best landlord I have had in NYC to-date. They have been incredibly responsive to any and all requests. The live-in superintendent of the building makes themself available by text at all hours, and is very quick to respond to anything that needs attention once they are made aware. The building is clean and well maintained, with kitchen and bathrooms all renovated within the last 5 years or so. Any disruption in service (e.g. water) is announced well in advance whenever possible. In-unit appliances are quickly repaired (or replaced) as needed.

My Stay at 433 W 43rd

I've lived here for about 1.5 years now. The location is pretty good - it's a walking distance to my office and there's a variety of food options around. It's also very close to the subway station and bus stations. The staff in the building are really nice and friendly and they are also very responsive to any immediate issues.

Slow elevator

Please speed up the elevator door closing time. It takes too long for the door to close. And the close the door button does not work. Please fix.
