I love this building! My apartment faces the back so it's quiet, it's a gorgeous loft with tons of space, and everyone I've met in the building is so friendly. Francisco is an absolute gem. I never want to move!

We really enjoy living in our apartment. The Super is great, very responsive and kind. The Management is effective and professional, we've had a very nice experience here so far. Only real down side so far is that the laundry room isn't great, but we work through it!

After one year we will renew the lease because the apartment is very well maintained, the staff is excellent, the amenities are fine, and it is in one of the best locations for a young person starting out in the city.
