have had wonderful neighbors. Generally when I have had an issue in the apartment I can get things fixed in a timely fashion which is good. There have been ups and downs living here but for me it has been a good value proposition considering the neighborhood.

Maintenance won't help with anything. Because they work with so many different apartments, they are limited to helping with very few things. I have had to call Task Rabbit 3 times since I moved in last month (I've also spent a lot of time on youtube and learned how to do things myself), but one example is that they do not change lightbulbs. The ceilings are ~10 feet high so you need a ladder to change them. They also wont let you borrow their ladder, so I had to purchase a ladder and change the light bulbs that were out myself. DO NOT move in here if you are not handy/ able to fix things on your own.

I have lived here for almost a year. Maintenance has not come to fix water damage and landlord can be grumpy but the value and location are worth it. I am very happy here.

This place is located in average foot traffic. Neighbors are quiet and noise is very good
