We’ve only lived here for about a month so far but have had a great experience. Super easy leasing process, smooth move-in, quick and fairly friendly maintenance when needed and most importantly, it’s just a lovely building in a great neighborhood. My only comment/complaint is that we’re not allowed to paint or make those types of small reversible modifications to our space which is too bad. The temperature and noise level also vary widely between the rooms because of the huge bsautiful street-facing windows. If you're not all about the new-fangled extra amenities like gyms, doormen, or dog-friendly areas and would prefer a character-filled older place with all the in-unit benefits like a big kitchen, washer/dryer, and dishwasher at a reasonable rental price, this is a great place for you.

I do love this neighborhood and appreciate the attentiveness from the building keepers. Apartment alone - I have made many requests for fixing things and replacing things even after multiple requests. Otherwise, as a long time tennant I would appreciate response to requests invluding manditory things that should have been taken care of. Neighbors a bit noisy with some loud music and hard to work from home with the high volume of sound. Otherwise I am overall pleased with my apartment.
