Location is perfect. The super is very nice & maintence is quick to respond. Neighbors are quiet, its not a party building and walls are thick enough to not hear next door music or tv. And we only hear ppl upstairs when they vacuum. Its a rare builidng where residents are quiet and respectful of each other.

I've lived in this apartment for 9 months now and it's been the greatest apartment experience I've had in New York. With new appliances, an incredible location, loads of space and natural light, it's been the most amazing apartment for me and my roommate. I've recommended for many of my friends to look into our building as they consider their moving plans. I can't speak higher of the community and building.
