Love the building. Love management so far.

I just resigned for a second year through Eberhart. Management and maintenance are super communicative, timely and thorough. Incredible value for the amount of space I have in my apartment. It's the quietest building I've ever lived in, neighbors are super respectful of each other. My only complaint is the street I live on has had a lot of construction since I moved in, but that's not their fault! The work ceases through the weekends which makes time spent at home super enjoyable. Lovely apartment buildings/management!

I've lived here for almost 18 months and overall have had a great experience. The amenities (in unit washer/dryer!) and amount of space in this apartment are hard to find in NYC. This unit feels more like a home than an apartment. I also like the neighborhood; the street is fairly quiet but we are still near a lively area of the UES. The building and appliances are old, but maintenance is typically quick to respond to any issues.

The landlord is ok but tends to be a bit rude at times. Especially with older tenants

I have lived in the Eberhart building for over a year and have nothing but great things to say! First, the location is amazing and so quiet, which makes sleeping in NYC very easy. Second, the maintenance and leasing committee are extremely kind and proactive! Not only are they quick to reply to any issues or request but they also follow up to make sure everything was completed in an efficient and effective manner. Third, the complex is very clean! All the buildings have a similar old school vibe and make living here extremely cozy. I have loved living here and have no intentions to leave with such a great apartment. Thank you Eberhart Brothers for upholding such great apartments and keeping the living standards high.

314 e 82nd is a well maintained, quick, well located building. The maintenance team is great and responsive to the few problems that arise.
