People here are really happy, the residents all say hi to each other, things get fixed quickly and the location is prime.

I've been living here for about a month and the location is excellent. The super is very responsive and helpful. There are no real amenities but that's what you get in NYC!

All in all given the current market, we are extremely happy with the value we get. Good location, nice facilities, a very good sized living room/kitchen and an incredible super. Rooms are small though and only one bathroom is a nuissance but you get what you pay for.

Absolutely love living here. Everyone Does. High-ceilings and spacious apartments, incredible location around the corner from Irving and right by Union Sq subway, and an A+ Superintendent in Hector who makes up for no doorman. He's a superhero superintendent. The basement, hallways, and lobby are always clean and it feels very safe living here. Wish I can stay here for longer but no one bedrooms.
