This is located near the Q, 6, ferry and multiple bus lines. This is also a few aves away from central park. The location of this area is amazing. The apt it self is pretty clean. The space is decently sized with very limited storage so bring your own closet space

We've lived in our 2 bd/2bath for just over a year and have been very happy. The building is clean and well-maintained, and the online system for questions and maintenance requests is efficient and response time within a day. Great place to live, highly recommend!

I grew up mostly in New York's mid to upper West side of the city. I have family living here from the East river to the Hudson river. I pretty much Know this island like tying my shoes with my eyes closed. In my growing years I've dined out on both side of the island as well as spent time visiting local hospitals from sports injury's to visiting friends and family, if there was an television show that film here i was on the set checking it out. The view here on 96th street has it own unique view and state of mind. I moved to the eastside on 96th street because i like the vibe, and way its coming back to life since the 2nd ave subway reconstruction and the good food in the area.
