Satisfied, with comments.

Absolutely loved the building since we first saw it, in general we wish laundry would be a bit more modernized as in being able to pay in other forms and not just quarters. Also, usually in the summer, hot water lasts for a few minutes but it’s improved lately. Earlier this year we had the damaged furniture replaced and we really appreciated that, and also that the stairway was repainted.

The stairs are slanted making the move in dangerous. The management is unresponsive and wildly unhelpful. There was a leak in our bathroom and they didnt respond to our inquiry to deal with it for 2 weeks. The heat in the summer makes it unlivable, yet isn’t strong enough to survive the winters. Would not recommend.
