Receiving maintenance is a struggle and the building has been fined for things like trash bins overflowing.

Great value for location and price. Maintenance and staff is responsive. Soundproofing is weak so building can get noisy at certain times.

When I first moved in halfway through 2019, I loved everything about the apartment, the building and management. Unfortunately, over the years. Management has changed hands, and the building has been in steady decline. There have been long stretches of no heat or hot water, and our complaints are met with hostile responses. Still to this fay, hot water is being supplied by a mobile unit outside of the building. Living on the 5th floor, plumbing is always an issue...and my maintenance requests regarding this have been met with responses like - "well, its an old building. Nothing can be done".
