I've lived at 10 Jones for over 8 years and find it to be perfectly located in the city. The layout of my apartment is very unique, and the private roof deck is unheard of in this neighborhood. It is the first building in 17 years of NYC living that I've made genuine friends, and had many positive neighborly relationships.

Been living here for several months now, great location and very quiet tucked in away from the craziness of West Village. The building management has been great so far, very responsive and helpful.
