Maintenance is really bad
I have submitted many time about to fix some stuff in my apartment. The super only come and fix it with bad materials and poor knowledge then you have to call again because the fix made needs to be re do again all of this because the poor quality of materials. Is there mold in the bathroom they just paint it and don’t replace the area. This is no healthy and to many things like that .
Living here for more than 3 years
I have been in this apartment amd it is spacious the only thing that i dont like is the maintenance take so long to fix something and thr apartments need someone who really take care of those and make a well done repairs. Sometimes the repairs are just a make up and a few days it is damaged again because they use cheap supplies.
Review
Everytime we contact maintenance we get no response it happens with alot of ppl. The wayer is always shutting off with no warning

Good for the price
It’s a calm place. The only thing is the maintenance guy dies not how to do his job properly
