I have lived in 4 buildings on the UWS and this is the first that makes no attempt to decorate the lobby for the holidays. ATA recent building gathering many people expressed disappointment especially those with young children. Please decorate the lobby for holidays.

I have lived in the building six years. I enjoy being in this neighborhood and am very happy with my apartment and the building. In particular I find the staff always helpful and cordial. My one complaint is the laundry room which I find inadequate and unsightly.
