I've lived at 321 E 22nd St the last two years. It has been an overall fantastic experience. It's a great building in a nice location. The building staff are incredibly helpful. I would certainly recommend others live here or in other Akelius buildings.

Very quiet here. Still close to public transportation. Close to Village. Close to the river. Close to several parks. Nice door persons. Newly renovated.

I've lived in NYC for 10 years and this is my best apt yet. The location is great if you're looking for something a little more quiet but there's still easy access to gramercy, flatiron, and nomad. My unit is super spacious and modern (washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC, so literally a New Yorkers dream!). The staff is great too and everyone who lives in the building is nice -- I highly recommend!
