It’s a very nice place, however, the rent is just too high for no amenities. They also keep raising the rent yearly .

Great location

Great location, but lacks amenities for price. Parking os ok for those woru only 1 car, bit can be challenging for those woth more than one. Rental staff is very attentive. Neighbors are mostly nice and pleasant with the exception of one or two.
