Lived here for quite a few years; maintence is the best at kendev - super responsive and fast. Property managers have been excellent as well. Location is in close proximity to highways

Overall I really love this apartment. There’s some noise as expected due to it being a complex. I really do wish our maintenance team would notify us with an approximation of when they’re coming or what day they are coming when a request online or a call is made. You’re just waiting there for a knock otherwise. It would be nice then have a confirmation email or call when the task is complete. I’ve only had one occasion where the worker called me ahead of time.

Maintenance is very reliable when putting in a request, but when it snows they cleaned off the walkway pretty late in the morning after I had already left for work. Overall it is a very quiet place, but they did not fully clean the apartment when I first moved in (the windows and heater are disgusting). The lack of parking is disappointing, and the lack of water pressure is just not acceptable... they also inspect your apartment if the water bill is too high.
