Pros: Located on same block as a playground which is great with kids. Rent is fairly reasonable. Staff tends to be helpful. Maintenance responds quickly even if they take awhile to fix the actual issue. Cons: Two buildings/ten units have to share one washer and dryer. Some tenants do not bathe so a window has to be kept open all year round to make the smell tolerable. Cable included does not actually work. Two garage units have set on fire since being a resident here.

It is fine living here, there is enough space for the most part for two people to live here. It can be a little loud here because of the occasional traffic but is fine enough to not be too terribly noticable. There are enough rooms for a smaller but big enough apartment but some more room for extra stuff that we have may be nice to have as well
